I build autonomous systems
that run businesses.

Founder working at the seam of applied AI and real-world commerce — designing software that operates 24/7 so the businesses behind it can move faster than the people in them.

What I’m building

A small portfolio of companies sharing one engine: software that turns manual, repetitive operations into systems that mostly run themselves. Three businesses, one through-line — automation that compounds.

AI & Software

Fazer Tech

Applied-AI studio building autonomous assistants and agent systems — software that reads the inbox, watches the data, and acts before anyone has to ask. The platform layer underneath everything else.

  • Agents that operate continuously, not on demand
  • Automation wired into real operational workflows
  • The engine that powers the rest of the portfolio
  • Agentic AI
  • Automation
  • Platform
E-commerce

OEM Wheel

Online retail for genuine OEM wheels — matching the right factory wheel to the right vehicle at scale, with fulfillment and catalog workflows wired for speed.

  • Exact factory-fit matching across thousands of vehicles
  • Catalog and listings kept accurate by automation
  • Fulfillment built to keep orders moving
  • Automotive
  • Catalog
  • Fulfillment
Auto Parts

Factory Parts

Auto-parts e-commerce focused on getting people the exact part the first time — clean data, fast search, and the operational plumbing to keep orders moving without friction.

  • Clean part data so search returns the right result
  • Fewer wrong-part returns, fewer support tickets
  • Operations that scale without scaling headcount
  • E-commerce
  • Operations
  • Logistics

Different markets, same playbook: find the repetitive work, encode it once, and let the software carry the load.

02 — Approach

How I build

The same principles show up in everything — whether it’s an AI agent or a parts catalog.

Automate the boring parts first

The highest-leverage software replaces the work nobody wants to do twice. Find the repetition, encode it, move on.

Systems over heroics

A process that runs without me is worth more than a great day of manual effort. Build the machine, then improve the machine.

Ship, measure, refine

Real data beats opinions. Get something live, watch how it behaves, and let the metrics decide what gets built next.

Lean by design

Small teams, sharp tools, and software that does the heavy lifting. Stay fast by staying simple.

03 — About

Hi, I’m Garrett.

I’m a founder and builder based in Maryville, Tennessee. I spend most of my time at the intersection of artificial intelligence and everyday commerce — figuring out how far software can carry a business when it’s designed to operate on its own.

My work spans applied AI and agent systems on one side and e-commerce operations on the other. The thread connecting them is automation: I’d rather build a system once than do the same task a hundred times. Lately that means autonomous tooling that handles real operational load — not demos, but software that has to actually work.

I’m biased toward shipping. A rough system running in the real world teaches me more in a week than a perfect plan teaches me in a month, so I get things live early and let what actually happens decide the next move. The companies I run are, in a real sense, a testbed for that idea — each one a place to prove that software can carry more of the load than people assume.

If you’re working on hard problems in AI, automation, or commerce — or just want to compare notes — I’d like to hear from you.
